• EditCo can quickly provide made-to-order edited T-cells from a variety of prevalidated donors.
• Edited T-cells retain their biologically relevant activation responses after thawing and expansion.
• T-cell pools have high editing efficiencies that are stable over time.
• EditCo T-cells have high viability and can be massively expanded by the end user.
• Both CD4 and CD8 cells showed only transient expression of exhaustion markers after restimulation.
