Having issues launching ICE?
If you are experiencing issues loading the ICE page, please try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Try using Google Chrome with no other tabs open except for your ICE analysis.
- Please confirm that your version of Google Chrome is up to date. ICE typically works best with the most current version of Chrome.
- Delete the cache and browser history for at least 24 hours (possibly 48 hours).
- Use an incognito window browser and do not have other tabs open.
If the above suggestions do not work, please try the following:
- If you use a Mac, use Safari and follow the above recommendations.
- If you use a PC, use Firefox and follow the above recommendations.
- When doing a batch upload, you might need to break down the batch upload to only contain 20 samples. Sometimes ICE has a difficult time if you try to upload too many samples at once.
